Job Summary

As a Strategic Account Manager – Solution Sales, you will lead consultative sales engagements with enterprise customers, building a deep understanding of their businesses and delivering solutions that drive measurable outcomes. This role includes sales incentives on top of base salary, rewarding you with commissions and bonuses for achieving sales targets and growing customer accounts.

You will act as a trusted advisor, own strategic accounts, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver value-driven solutions that support long-term customer partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build deep understanding of customers' businesses, challenges, and goals to offer the right solutions.
  • Own and grow assigned customer accounts, focusing on long-term relationships and customer success.
  • Identify and drive sales opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling, to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and execute customer-focused account plans aligned with customer needs and business outcomes.
  • Present solutions clearly, showing business value and how they solve customer problems.
  • Work closely with customers as a trusted advisor, supporting their success and ongoing growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (consulting, analytics, product, delivery) to deliver effective solutions.
  • Track sales pipeline, update progress, and provide accurate sales forecasts.
  • Conduct regular customer meetings and business reviews to discuss results, opportunities, and next steps.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth, with incentives based on performance.

Role Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with strong exposure to solution selling, account management, or consultative sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in incentive-based compensation structures.
  • Strong capability to build deep customer understanding, including business challenges, objectives, and decision-making processes.
  • Experience developing and executing strategic account plans to drive customer growth and retention.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with consulting, analytics, and product teams.
  • Analytical, structured thinker with a customer-centric and value-driven mindset.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and driven by both sales performance and customer success.
