Physical Therapist

Position Summary

The Physical Therapist plays a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care within a multidisciplinary rehabilitation environment. This position focuses on designing and implementing personalized rehabilitation plans, utilizing advanced modalities like electrotherapy to promote recovery and optimize patient outcomes. The Physical Therapist will collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other wellness specialists to ensure the best clinical outcomes and overall well-being of each client.

Key Responsibilities

1. Perform comprehensive physical assessments, functional movement analysis, and diagnostic testing to identify patient needs.
2. Design and execute evidence-based, individualized treatment plans, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and the application of electrotherapy (EMS) and other prescribed modalities.
3. Educate patients and their families on their condition, plan of care, and home exercise programs to empower them in their recovery journey.
4. Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient records, progress notes, and care plans.
5. Maintain a clean, safe, and therapeutic environment that supports holistic healing.
6. Collaborate effectively with the rehabilitation team to optimize treatment outcomes.
7. Participate in wellness and health promotion initiatives offered by the center.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy.
• Must hold a valid, current license to practice Physical Therapy in Thailand.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Minimum of 1–3 years of clinical experience, preferably in rehabilitation or wellness settings.
• Basic communication skills in English (spoken and written).
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
• Passionate about health, wellness, and patient recovery.
• Empathetic and patient-centered approach to care.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Adaptable, proactive, and able to remain calm under pressure.
• Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail in all aspects of care delivery.
• A strong interest in learning and applying new rehabilitation technologies.
