  1. Accounting, Reporting & Systems

· Review journal entries and ensure all accounting records are accurate and compliant.

· Prepare annual financial statements and manage year-end closing procedures.

· Coordinate with external auditors for statutory audits.

· Recommend improvements in accounting procedures and reporting tools.

· Participate in the implementation or upgrade of accounting and financial systems.

· Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.

  1. Taxation & Regulatory Compliance

· Prepare and file monthly VAT returns (input and output).

· Review and verify withholding tax filings.

· Participate in tax planning and optimization of the company's taxable base in compliance with Thai laws.

· Liaise with tax authorities, banks, and other external institutions.

· Perform off-site tasks such as bank visits and tax office submissions.

  1. Payroll & Employee-Related Taxation

· Prepare monthly payroll reports for submission to HR.

· Review and verify payroll data to ensure accuracy.

· Generate monthly pay slips for all employees.

· Calculate and withhold personal income tax (PIT), ensuring compliance with Thai tax regulations.

· Submit PIT and social security filings (e.g., PND.1, Social Security Fund contributions).

  1. Cash & Expense Management

· Manage and control petty cash.

· Participate in the review and approval process of invoices prior to payment.

  1. Document Management & Internal Controls

· Ensure proper archiving and accessibility of accounting documents and tax records.

· Maintain effective internal controls over financial processes and compliance documentation.

· Maintain accounting records of fixed assets and conduct regular inventory checks and reconciliation.

  1. Administrative & Ad Hoc Tasks

· Perform additional duties as assigned by the Finance Director, CEO, or HR.

· Support operational and administrative tasks as needed.

· Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.
