Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Perform modifications and fix errors in the TIL system
  • Run query dataset as requested by endusers
  • Examine inputs from users and analyze for possible modifications to the TIL system
  • Provide overall support related to TIL systems
  • Maintain and supervise database operations, and solve any related problems that occurred
  • Test program
  • Development Develop in-house applications/programmingto improve the functionality and capability ofan existing system

  • Co-ordination

  • Deal with external vendors in case of outsourcing, evaluate and negotiate initially on budget, plan, timeframe, and requirements

  • Coordinate with TPIT about Server, Backup/Restore Database, network, Google mail, and other vendors to investigate and solve issues.

Qualification:

  • At least bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering or related field.
  • 5 years+ in software development; C#.Net knowledge preferred.

Special and Specific Knowledge and Skills

Experienced in design and basic administration of relational databases (especially Oracle)

Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a dynamic work environment.

Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire for continuous learning.

Good communication skills, both verbal and written in English

Experience in Automation in one or more RPA technologies (UiPath) is preferred

Willingness to learn and become an expert in RPA and other automation technologies

Knowledge of CI/CD processes using GitLab.

Familiarity with performance testing tools like JMeter.

Ability to write automated test scripts using frameworks such as Robot Framework.
