- มีประสบการณ์ในงานแม่บ้านห้องพักอย่างน้อย 2?3 ปี
- มีความรู้ในมาตรฐานการทำความสะอาดห้องพักของโรงแรม
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษขั้นพื้นฐานได้
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ ใจบริการ และมีความเป็นผู้นำ
- มีทักษะในการทำงานเป็นทีมและการบริหารเวลา
1) งานดูแลห้องพัก (Guest Room Duties)
- ทำความสะอาดและจัดเตรียมห้องพักให้ได้ตามมาตรฐานของโรงแรม ทั้งห้องพักแขกที่เข้าพักและห้องที่ต้องเตรียมลูกค้าใหม่
- ตรวจสอบความสะอาด ความพร้อม และสิ่งของอุปกรณ์ในห้องพักให้ครบถ้วนก่อนส่งมอบห้อง
- รายงานความเสียหาย ชำรุด หรือสิ่งของสูญหาย
งานสนับสนุนการควบคุมคุณภาพ (Quality & Support Duties)
- ช่วยตรวจสอบคุณภาพงานของ Room Attendant คนอื่น ๆ ก่อนส่งมอบห้องพัก
- แนะนำและให้คำปรึกษาแก่พนักงานใหม่ในเรื่องขั้นตอนการทำความสะอาดและการให้บริการ
- สนับสนุนการจัดสรรงานในแต่ละวันเมื่อ Housekeeping Supervisor ไม่อยู่ หรือในช่วงที่มีปริมาณงานมาก
2) งานประสานงานและบริการ (Coordination & Service Duties)
- ประสานงานกับแผนก Front Office และ Engineering เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาในห้องพัก
- ช่วยตอบสนองความต้องการของลูกค้าในกรณีพิเศษ เช่น การขอของใช้เพิ่มเติม หรือคำร้องอื่น ๆ
- รักษาความปลอดภัยและความเป็นส่วนตัวของลูกค้าตามนโยบายของโรงแรม
3) งานอื่น ๆ (Additional Duties)
- ดูแลความสะอาดของพื้นที่ส่วนกลางในชั้นที่รับผิดชอบ (corridor, service area)
- ตรวจเช็กและเติมสต็อกอุปกรณ์ทำความสะอาดประจำวัน
- ปฏิบัติงานอื่นตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจาก Housekeeping Supervisor
- เซอร์วิสชาร์จ
- เบี้ยเลี้ยงค่าอาหาร
- เงินสนับสนุนกิจกรรมกีฬา
- เครื่องแบบพนักงาน
