Engineer

Responsible for the design, development, and technical support of energy and telecommunication products and solutions, such as Rectifiers, Power Supply, Lithium Battery, UPS, and IoT Solutions. This role ensures that the company's products and services maintain high quality standards, meet customer requirements, and support the organization's sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, analyze, and test power systems such as Rectifiers, DC Power Supply, Lithium Batteries, UPS, and related technologies.
- Research and develop IoT and Smart Energy Platform solutions to enhance customer efficiency and satisfaction.
- Provide technical consultation to clients and collaborate with the sales team in offering effective solutions.
- Oversee product quality control and performance to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Prepare technical documentation, including test reports, user manuals, and installation procedures.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Production, and Suppliers, to ensure smooth project execution.
- Evaluate and improve production processes to align with market demands and customer requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, ETAP, or other relevant applications.
- Fundamental knowledge and understanding of power systems and equipment, including Rectifiers, Power Supply, Batteries, and UPS.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and project teams.
- Good command of English
- Good in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
