Responsibilities:

  • Prepare payments and issue receipts/tax invoices for local and international transactions.
  • Manage petty cash funds and prepare reimbursement reports.
  • Responsible for the monthly and annual financial closing processes.
  • Prepare and submit corporate income tax estimates (Form PND.51) and annual corporate income tax returns (Form PND.50).
  • Prepare daily and weekly bank balance and outstanding check reports.
  • Manage withholding tax and VAT (PND. 3, 53, 54, P.P. 30, 36).
  • Perform data entry and processing for the General Ledger.
  • Conduct bank reconciliation and manage accounting transactions.
  • Ensure financial records are up-to-date and accurate.

Requirements:

  • 4 years of experience or above in Finance or Accounting.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or Accounting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to complete tasks within specified deadlines.
  • Solid understanding of Thai Financial Reporting Standards (TFRS) for NPAEs. Knowledge of TFRS for PAEs would be an advantage.
  • Possess solid understanding of Thai tax regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills.
  • Good command of English.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
