Key Accountabilities:

  1. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through research, networking, and outreach
  2. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet sales and gross profit targets by upselling to existing clients and expanding into new markets.
  3. Strategically sell Mendix and other TBN products and services through presentations, proposals, and consultative selling techniques to maximize profit and customer satisfaction.
  4. Manage sales pipeline and track progress by updating company CRM regularly and reporting sales projections.
  5. Work with management to set and achieve annual sales budgets and sales goals.
  6. Represent TBN at industry events to attract potential customers and expand the brand presence.
  7. Collaborate with software principals to align on sales goals and stay updated on product developments.
  8. Handle and prepare all related documentation, including contract preparation and review, quotation issuance, and proposal creation, etc.
  9. Manage customer relationships with existing clients and prospects, ensuring satisfaction and continued business.
  10. Provide technical insights and guidance to clients, ensuring they understand the value proposition and how TBN solutions align with their business needs.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  2. 5–10 years of B2B sales experience, with a proven track record in IT solutions or enterprise software sales.
  3. Strong consultative selling skills, with a focus on building long-term, value-driven client relationships.
  4. Solid understanding of technical concepts, particularly in low-code platforms (Mendix preferred), cloud solutions, and system integration.
  5. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  6. Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and revenue targets.
  7. Experience in managing and nurturing client and partner relationships, from early-stage engagement through post-sale.
