Job Description
We are seeking for
Senior Accountant for our Bangkok Office
who will contribute performing timely and accurate reconciliation of bank statements, managing Account payable, Account Receivable and Month end close activities.

Job Mission
Senior Accountant is responsible for ensuring to perform timely and accurate reconciliation of bank statements,

managing Account payable, Account Receivable and Month end close activities.

To provide and build upon controls and processes which will support the high growth expectations of the

organization. Ensure adherence to group policies and controls. To challenge existing processes and workflow,

putting forward new ideas and initiative for improvement

Area Or Responsibility

  • Perform timely and accurate reconciliation of bank statements. Identify and resolve discrepancies between the company's records and bank transactions.
  • Ensure all transactions are recorded correctly in the accounting system.
  • Administer the processing of employee expense reimbursement and ensuring correctly recording the same in accounting system. Verify and reconcile expense receipts with the submitted reports. Communicate with employees to address any discrepancies or missing information.
  • Receive and review vendor invoices for accuracy and completeness and process invoices for payment, ensuring adherence to payment terms.
  • Maintain positive relationships with vendors and address any payment-related inquiries and prepare and issue payments through various methods (checks, electronic transfers etc.)
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with banking partners and coordinate with banks to resolve any issues related to transactions, account balances, or other financial matters.
  • Contribute to the month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements.
