Solution Architect

General Description of Duties and Responsibilities:

• Plan and design solution of Smart PV (Solar Inverter) architecture and take primary responsibility for building product competitiveness.
• Promote the collaborative planning, development, and verification of Huawei's Digital Power products based on customer requirements to improve the overall competitiveness of the solution.
• Explore and seize key opportunities, make breakthroughs in product portfolio solutions in valued countries, industries, and valued customers, develop replicable solutions and capabilities, enable field offices, and improve operational efficiency.
• Continuously promote the mechanism of building, accumulating, and sharing the consulting knowledge base and experience base.
• Continuously improve the training and capability iteration of Smart PV architects, and build a consulting operation pipeline for horizontal operation and vertical delivery.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in power electronics, automation, energy storage, etc.
• At least 2 - 5 years of experience in Energy storage products and solutions
• Be familiar with Solar Inverter Solution
• Be familiar with ICT technologies and development trends and be good at communicating with customers' mid- and high-level executives.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, logical analysis and written expression skills, cross-department coordination skills, overall view, proactive work, and strong sense of responsibility.
• Good command in English, both communication and writing.
