Role Overview:

We are looking for an
Associate Director – Marketing
to lead marketing strategy and execution for a well-established brand in the
premium beauty / aesthetics / healthcare-related category
.

This role plays a critical part in
driving brand growth, commercial impact, and cross-functional alignment
, while managing senior stakeholders and developing the marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead
    overall marketing strategy, brand direction, and annual planning
  • Drive
    integrated marketing campaigns
    (ATL / BTL / Digital / KOL / Trade)
  • Own
    product portfolio strategy, launches, and lifecycle management
  • Partner closely with
    sales, medical, commercial, and regional teams
  • Translate
    regional / global strategies
    into effective local execution
  • Manage
    marketing budget, ROI tracking, and performance analytics
  • Lead, coach, and develop
    marketing team members
  • Act as a key
    strategic partner to senior management

Key Requirements:

  • 10–15+ years of experience in
    Marketing / Brand / Commercial roles
  • Proven background in
    Beauty, Aesthetics, Consumer Healthcare, FMCG, or Premium Consumer brands
  • Strong track record in
    brand leadership, product launches, and campaign management
  • Experience managing
    senior stakeholders and agencies
  • Solid
    people leadership
    experience
  • Thai language fluency is mandatory
  • Strategic, commercial-minded, and execution-oriented
