  1. Technical Specifications and TOR Development:

  2. Develop detailed technical specifications and TOR for air conditioner and HVAC systems.

  3. Ensure that all specifications meet industry standards and client requirements.

  4. Collaborate with engineering and R&D teams to validate technical details.

  5. Selling Point Training:

  6. Develop and deliver training programs on key selling points for sales and marketing teams, including clients or relevant personnel.

  7. Create training materials, presentations, and documentation to support sales efforts.

  8. Conduct regular training sessions to update teams on new products and features.

  9. Train selling points for other home appliances if needed when visiting clients, in collaboration with the Home Appliance PM (secondary support team).

  10. Product Comparison and Analysis:

  11. Analyze competitor products to identify strengths and weaknesses.

  12. Develop comparative matrices to highlight competitive advantages and areas for improvement.

  13. Provide insights and recommendations for product development and enhancement.

  14. Collaboration and Communication:

  15. Work closely with sales, marketing, R&D, and engineering teams to align product strategies.

  16. Communicate technical and commercial information effectively to internal and external stakeholders.

  17. Support sales teams in customer meetings and presentations as a technical expert.

  18. Product Audit and Quality Assurance:

  19. Conduct regular product audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.

  20. Identify and address any discrepancies or issues found during audits.

  21. Collaborate with manufacturing and quality assurance teams to implement improvements based on audit findings.
