Course Advisor (Education Sales)

What You'll Do

  • Be the face of PalFish — introduce families to our English learning experience with confidence and care.
  • Understand parents' goals and guide them to the course that best fits their child's journey.
  • Drive results — follow up with leads, close enrollments, and hit your monthly targets.
  • Keep client records up-to-date and ensure every student starts their class seamlessly.
  • Support newly opened centers every 2–3 months — bringing your energy and sales magic to new locations.
  • Work closely with teachers and admin teams to deliver a smooth, memorable customer experience.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in
    sales or consultation
    (education background is a plus).
  • Bachelor's degree in
    Sales, Marketing, Education
    , or related field.
  • Strong
    English communication skills
    — confident, clear, and customer-focused.
  • A
    sales-driven mindset
    with genuine passion for helping families find the right learning path.
  • Adaptable, energetic, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
