Role Purpose

Lead enterprise-wide process excellence, internal audit, and digital transformation to build a scalable, data-driven organization and prepare the company for AI transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and govern end-to-end business processes across the organization
  • Lead Internal Audit, Risk Management, and Compliance with a system-improvement mindset
  • Establish practical SOPs, KPIs, and executive performance dashboards
  • Drive Digital Transformation initiatives (ERP, Workflow Automation, CRM, Approval Systems)
  • Reduce manual work, inefficiencies, and operational risks across functions
  • Build data governance frameworks and prepare the organization for AI-driven decision-making
  • Act as a strategic partner to the CEO and Executive Team in organizational transformation

QualificationsMust Have

  • 10–15+ years of experience in
    Process Improvement, Internal Audit, Transformation, or Operational Excellence
  • Strong knowledge of
    end-to-end business processes
    (Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Operations, HR)
  • Proven experience leading
    enterprise-wide transformation or system implementation
    (ERP / Digital Platforms)
  • Solid understanding of
    Internal Control, Risk Management, and Compliance frameworks
  • Experience designing
    SOPs, KPIs, governance structures, and management dashboards
  • Strong analytical and structured thinking with ability to translate strategy into execution
  • Leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work closely with CEO and Executives

Nice to Have

  • Background in
    Big 4, Consulting Firm, Internal Audit, or Transformation Office
  • Experience in
    manufacturing, FMCG, healthcare, retail, or fast-growing organizations
  • Hands-on experience with
    ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, etc.)
  • Knowledge of
    Data Governance, BI tools, Automation, RPA, or AI-readiness projects
  • Experience preparing organizations for
    IPO, compliance scaling, or rapid expansion
  • International exposure or experience working with regional/global teams
