Director of Rooms – Thavorn Beach Village Resort & Spa (Kamala)

Position Summary:

Lead the Rooms Division, ensuring exceptional guest experience, operational excellence, and successful renovation projects with minimal impact on operations

Qualifications:

Bachelor's in Hotel Management or related field (Master's preferred).

8–10 years in hospitality, 3–5 years in senior Rooms Division roles.

Proven experience managing hotel renovation/refurbishment projects.

Strong leadership, communication, operational, and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with PMS systems (Opera Cloud) and project management tools
