Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and refine financial models to support investment decisions and business planning
  • Conduct valuation analysis (comparable companies, precedent transactions, discounted cash flow, etc.) for potential deals
  • Perform feasibility studies for new investments, partnerships, and business opportunities
  • Conduct due diligence including industry research, competitor benchmarking, and financial statement analysis
  • Assist in transaction execution such as pitchbook preparation, investment memos, and deal structuring
  • Prepare investor presentations, earnings materials, and board reports with clear, insightful messaging
  • Support quarterly earnings calls, investor meetings, and roadshows by analyzing financial results and market trends
  • Communicate complex financial data effectively to senior management and external stakeholders
  • Generate periodic financial reports (budget vs. actuals, forecasts, KPIs) for internal and external use
  • Work closely with Accounting, Legal, Business Development, and business units to ensure data accuracy and alignment

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field. MBA a plus.
  • 2-3 years of experience in investment banking, equity research, corporate finance, or investor relations.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling (Excel) and valuation techniques.
  • Experience with presentation design (PowerPoint) and ability to distill complex data into clear visuals.
  • Knowledge of capital markets and financial statements.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) for investor interactions.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
