As
Business Development Manager
, you'll be focused on generating new business across all freight forwarding service lines. Working independently and without management responsibilities, you'll drive revenue growth by developing new customer relationships and converting leads into long-term clients. This is a key position for the Thailand team, offering strong earning potential and long-term progression for ambitious sales professionals.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Driving new business development across all freight forwarding services, including air, sea, and road
  • Identifying, approaching, and winning new clients across any industry vertical
  • Building a strong pipeline and consistently achieving sales targets
  • Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
  • Collaborating with internal operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • Proven success in freight forwarding sales, with a track record of exceeding targets
  • Experience in generating new business and developing lasting customer relationships
  • Confidence in selling across all freight modes, with a flexible approach to market verticals
  • Results-oriented mindset with evidence of consistently achieving 3x+ salary in revenue
  • Based in Bangkok with strong knowledge of the local logistics and freight landscape
