Legal Manager

Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all legal affairs of the group of companies to ensure full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Provide legal advice and consultation to executives and various internal departments.
- Review, draft, and manage all types of business contracts, including maintaining and controlling the company's contract registry.
- Handle legal matters related to investments, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and due diligence processes.
- Supervise litigation, disputes, and other legal proceedings involving the company, and report progress to management.
- Oversee company registration changes and official submissions to government agencies, such as the Department of Business Development.
- Research and monitor changes in laws and regulations relevant to the company's business, and communicate updates to concerned departments.
- Coordinate with external legal advisors to ensure accuracy and completeness of legal documentation and case management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Law.
- Licensed lawyer with at least 5 years of experience in legal practice or in a law firm.
- Strong knowledge of Public Limited Company Law and laws related to the Stock Exchange of Thailand.
- Experience in engineering, energy, or human resource management businesses will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of corporate structure, investment, and commercial risk management.
- Proficient in English, with the ability to communicate and prepare legal documents in English.
- Possesses good interpersonal skills, attention to detail, integrity, and a strong sense of responsibility.
