Treasury Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage the treasury function, including liquidity and cash flow management to ensure optimal financial operations.
• Oversee cash and liquidity planning, including forecasting to support business needs and financial stability.
• Supervise treasury operations and internal controls, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
• Maintain and strengthen banking relationships, negotiating terms and managing service quality.
• Lead treasury-specific projects and initiatives, such as system upgrades, automation, or process improvements.
• Prepare and present treasury reports to senior management and key stakeholders for strategic decision-making.
• Monitor compliance with financial regulations, internal policies, and reporting requirements.
• Review monthly treasury activity reports, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timely submission to senior management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting or Finance
• At least 8 years of experience in accounting field, Treasury management
• At least 3 years of experience in management level
• Experience in managing the treasury function as well as experience in treasury accounting including liquidity, cash flow and various financial instruments.
• Knowledge of Financial Management, Taxation and Withholding Tax
• Oracle software knowledge would be an advantage
• People management skills,Good communication skills and Problem solving skills
• Good command of both written and spoken in English
• Computer Literacy in MS Office
