Whitelabel agency is a dynamic and innovative e-commerce enabler company specializing in planning and managing e-commerce businesses. We're a key partner with the TikTok Shop Partner Team, Shopee Certified Enabler, and Lazada Agency Partner Program. As an Enabler, we help businesses grow in e-commerce. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced e-commerce team to join our growing business. You will play a pivotal role in managing and delivering performance on TikTok, Lazada, and Shopee, as well as in building new initiatives to help us win in this market.

How will you make an impact?

You will dive into the financial heartbeat of multiple e-commerce brands, turning numbers into smart strategies and insights, shaping commercial decisions, driving profitability, and partnering closely with clients and internal teams to keep the business moving fast and smart in a constantly evolving digital world

What you will do?

Own and analyze brand/client P&L, dig into costs, reimbursements, platform fees, and marketing spend

Reconcile commercial reports with GL to keep data accurate and reliable

Assess campaign and trade activity profitability to boost margins and performance

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning while tracking financial performance and spotting risks

Act as finance partner to clients, present results, clarify costs, and support negotiations

Validate reimbursements, discounts, and commission claims while safeguarding agreements

Mentor and grow the commercial finance/FP&A team, and collaborate with marketing, operations, and key accounts for data-driven decisions

What you will need? 

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

Minimum 5 years experience in commercial finance, FP&A, or business analysis; fresh graduates are welcome to apply if strong analytical skills

At least 2 years experience with e-commerce operations, digital agencies, marketplaces, retail, or FMCG focusing on commercial analysis

Hands-on with Excel/Google Sheets and data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio

Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to communicate numbers in a simple, actionable way

Leadership and mentoring skills with a knack for collaborating across teams
