Position Summary:

Responsible for managing the full lifecycle of localized spare parts and supplies, including demand planning, procurement, delivery execution, and supplier performance management. Ensures the timely availability of high-quality spare parts to support after-sales service operations and dealer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Localized Product Demand Management

  • Propose fixed-point pricing and procurement requirements for localized spare parts and supplies.
  • Develop and maintain procurement plans based on after-sales service needs and sales forecasts.
  • Negotiate and finalize procurement contracts with localized suppliers in compliance with company policies.

2. Delivery Execution of Localized Products

  • Issue purchase orders for localized spare parts and supplies and monitor fulfillment progress.
  • Track procurement, delivery schedules, and inventory levels to ensure timely availability of parts.
  • Coordinate with finance for invoice settlement and accurate record-keeping.
  • Identify and resolve any delivery or logistics issues to minimize downtime in service operations.

3. Supplier Management & Performance Evaluation

  • Maintain daily communication with localized suppliers to ensure compliance with quality and delivery standards.
  • Monitor supplier performance using key metrics such as on-time delivery, quality, and responsiveness.
  • Provide regular reports and feedback to management for supplier development and continuous improvement.
  • Support supplier audits and corrective action plans when necessary.

Requirements

  • English communication required; Chinese proficiency preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Automotive, Mechanical, Electrical, or Quality Engineering.
  • Minimum 2 years in after-sales quality, customer quality, or claims management within the automotive industry.
  • Strong problem-solving and pressure-handling skills.
  • Result-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.

  • Good teamwork and cross-functional communication abilities.

  • Proficient in written and oral communication skills in English or the Chinese language.

Professional Skills:

  • Knowledge of automotive quality systems (IATF16949, ISO9001, VDA6.3).
  • Proficient in quality tools (8D, 5Why, FMEA, SPC, MSA).
  • Understanding of vehicle structure, components, and failure modes.
  • Familiar with supply chain and spare parts operations.
