Responsibilities
Job description:

  • Identify key opinion leaders (KOLs) in the industry, expert speakers, and well-known academicians who can deliver the defined curriculum provide technical and clinical insight with real-world applications
  • Help create convincing communication concepts in cooperation with marketing and external partners
  • Responsible for management of all educational content and materials related to the diagnostics product lines and associated disease states, related industry trends and publications
  • Communicate clearly and work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure the same goals achievement
  • Functional management by participating in and driving interdisciplinary project teams
  • Contribute to a flow of relevant publications
  • Create a review of relevant publications and deeply analysis for the scientific communication
  • Initiate an advisory board for gaining insights
  • Develop training and educational materials and programs for Sales & Marketing

Requirements

  • Bachelors' degree with Pharmacy or Doctoral degree (MD or PhD in Sciences)
  • Experience in pharmaceutical industry especially in Medical Affairs is preferred
  • Good presentation and communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
