Marketing Administration Executive

Administrative Support: Co-ordinate with Local MKT team in each market and OSP Finance HQ to ensure all payment processes happen on time.

Marketing Support: Co-ordinate with external suppliers and internal procurement to prepare marketing materials/supplies needed.

Vendor & Partner relations: Register new vendors, organize cross-functional team/suppliers meeting.

Others: Perform other related duties as assigned e.g. assist on business trip and accommodation booking as well as trip expense reimbursement.

Bachelor s degree in business administration or related field with 1-2 years of experience.

Fresh graduation is also welcomed.

Good command of English.

Good interpersonal skills, positive attitude and service-minded.
