หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Job holder of this position has the authority to make all Service Delivery related decisions including safety and security of aircraft operations.

• JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES · Establish and maintain healthy relationships with all organizations at the airport to sustain service standards to facilitate achieve assigned operational performance targets to contribute towards succeeding corporate objectives.

• Ensure that the GHA provides services and supplies according to company standards and requirements to maintain the expected service levels and to maintain customer satisfaction by resolving problems arising from weak areas of the handling agent

• Manage planned and unplanned disruptions efficiently to minimize passenger inconvenience and provide passengers with up to date delay information ·

• Control station expenditure, maintain station logs, performance records and ensure proper administration of the station in consultation with Station Head/Line stations manager/Country Manager ·

• Establish and maintain healthy relationships with local organizations including regulators of the country to sustain service standards and to manage any legal implications arising from handling issues in consultation with HDQ and maintain an uninterrupted channel of communication with Station Head/ Manager Line Stations/ Country management to enhance productivity and service levels

• Investigate and respond promptly to passenger complaints in consultation with Station Head/Manager Customer affairs and/or Manager Line Stations and resolve the complaint and ensure utmost satisfaction of the customer.

• Safety & Security of the aircraft and the airline on the whole should not be compromised at all times.

• Ensure that the execution of all assigned job tasks are performed in a manner which safeguards organizational information assets and maintain compliance with the SriLankan Airlines Information Security Policy and Corporate Information Security

• Support & contribute towards achieving departmental/divisional initiatives & priorities.

• Be accountable to the sectional/reporting manager in maintaining all applicable safety regulations/standards as in accordance with the company's Safety Management System and be responsible to maintain a high level of safety by complying with all applicable tasks assigned by the sectional/reporting manager in accordance with the company's Safety Management System.

• Has the authority to identify and report any hazards/risks when carrying out job functions as per the "Penalty Free Reporting Policy" under the Corporate Safety Management System (SMS).
