Position: Modern Trade Sales

Level: Section Manager – Senior Section Manager

Function: Marketing Modern Trade

Department: Sales – Thailand

Report to: Department Manager

Support the planning and execution of marketing strategies for frozen food and frozen seafood products in the Modern Trade channel to increase sales, enhance brand awareness, and strengthen product competitiveness in line with the company's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development of marketing strategies and promotional plans for the Modern Trade channel.
  • Plan Joint Business Plans (JBP) and promotional activities in collaboration with key retail partners.
  • Coordinate with the Modern Trade sales team on marketing activity planning and execution.
  • Manage and monitor promotional activities, point-of-sale materials (POSM), and marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of activities.
  • Track campaign performance, review sales and profit results, and prepare summary reports.
  • Support new product development (NPD) and product launches for frozen food categories.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in marketing or sales within the Modern Trade channel.
  • Strong understanding of frozen food, seafood products, or relevant FMCG categories.
  • Experience in promotion planning, Joint Business Planning (JBP), and coordination with retail partners.
  • Strong negotiation skills, including experience in Trade Agreements and pricing proposals.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Chain, Trade Marketing, or related teams.
  • Strong analytical skills in sales data, profitability, promotions, and marketing campaign performance.
  • Knowledge of stock management and Cold Chain operations is an advantage.
