We're looking for a passionate and proactive HSE Engineer to join our team at the Bangpoo Plant. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and believes that safety is more than just a checklist—this is your chance to lead change and drive a culture of care.

Responsibilities:

· Maintain and update HSE procedures to comply with Thai laws and Syngenta standards

  • Conduct legal compliance checks and manage HSE action plans
  • Implement ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and Process Safety systems, support sustainability and carbon footprint initiatives
  • Oversee occupational health programs and contractor safety
  • Manage waste, air, and water pollution controls, lead improvement projects
  • Coordinate Permit to Work, Contractor Management, and Management of Change systems
  • Investigate incidents, analyze root causes, and track corrective actions
  • Monitor HSE budget and identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Prepare HSE reports and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Lead HSE training, health checkups, and employee safety communications
  • Organize HSE events and recognition programs
  • Conduct internal/external audits and follow up on findings
  • Support emergency response and industrial hygiene monitoring
  • Assist with global audits and strategic HSE initiatives
  • Support all tasks assigned by the HSE Manager

Qualifications:

  • At least Bachelor's degree in Occupational health and safety, public health or safety engineer
  • Good command for written and spoken in English
  • An understanding of cultural / national differences as they affect HSE requirements, communications and business practices
  • Minimum 7-10 Years experience in HSE operations with strong HSE background
  • Good problem solving and analysis skills

  • Motivate and inspire
