  • Develop, implement, and maintain robust internal controls to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
  • Ensure adherence to Thai Accounting Standards, GAAP, and the Thai Company Act.
  • Manage payroll processing and ensure compliance with HR-related financial regulations.
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and other regulatory bodies as required.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
  • Collaborate with the Singapore headquarters to align financial reporting and processes.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Thai and English (written and spoken) – a must.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from a recognized university.
  • Relevant professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, or equivalent).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with proven expertise in full-stack accounting closing.
  • In-depth knowledge of Thai Accounting Standards, GAAP, and the Thai Company Act.
  • Strong understanding of corporate income tax, VAT, and withholding tax regulations in Thailand.
  • Experience in payroll management and familiarity with HR-related financial matters.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken) to communicate effectively with the Singapore headquarters.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and excellent work ethics.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).

Preferred Attributes:

  • Experience working in a multinational company or a subsidiary of a foreign company.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines.
