Job Responsibilities:

This position is mainly responsible but not limited to the duties stated as below:

1. Responsible for the overall operations and management of the Thailand Finance and Accounting Department.

2. Responsible for daily accounting, settlement, and taxation, to ensure that the overall operations comply with company policies, procedures, accounting standards, taxation standards, as well as Thailand regulations and audit requirements.

3. Assist in BOI-related issues and communicate with the local government. Ensure KWT can be put into operation on schedule and comply with local laws and regulations.

4. To collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and enhance internal control.

5. To coordinate and communicate with the Financial and Accounting Department in the headquarter and to prepare different monthly, quarterly, annually & audit reports timely by complying with the local regulations & accounting standards.

6. Prepare budgets, cash forecasts, cost analysis, and budget vs. actual expenditure analysis, in order to control effective and efficient operations of KWT.

7. Setting up accounting and ERP systems, effective accounting policies, and internal control procedures in order to support effective operations.

8. Participating in other ad-hoc assignments assigned by General Manager and the headquarter.

Job Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Accounting / Finance fields

• 8 years' or above relevant working experience in the manufacturing industry with at least 5 years  management experience, experience in metal sheet manufacturing industry preferred

• CPD license with eligibility to sign financial statements

• Knowledge of BOI will be an advantage

• Strong accounting knowledge of international manufacturing company

• Strong knowledge in tax accounting, tax laws, and internal audit

• Advanced skills on MS Office (Excel) and accounting software

• Proficient in Thai, English and proficient in Chinese speaking & Writing is an advantage

• Independent, detailed-minded, and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

• Strong leadership and problem solving skills in a combination of communication and interpersonal skills

• Persuasive, passionate, and a good communicator at all levels with excellent integrity and a strong sense of responsibility and risk management

• Strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and open mind to learning

• Working efficiency in MS Office such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint and EPR

• Occasionally travel to Hong Kong and China office
