We are seeking an experienced MICE Coordinator who is eager to join our team in Thailand.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of MICE programs in Thailand from inception to completion, in collaboration with the MICE Expert.
  • Source, negotiate, and book venues, hotels, conference facilities, transportation, and other services with suppliers.
  • Coordinate with venues and suppliers to ensure all technical requirements, catering, audiovisual equipment, and special arrangements are confirmed.
  • Conduct site inspections and accompany clients on familiarization trips when required.
  • Oversee on-site event coordination to ensure seamless execution of all MICE activities.
  • Supervise ground staff, tour guides, and suppliers during events to maintain service standards, including handling real-time problem-solving and adjustments to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for MICE clients throughout the planning and execution phases.
  • Conduct post-event debriefs and collect client feedback to maintain quality control and continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with the Accounting team to ensure correct invoices and payments to suppliers..
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, contracts, and event documentation.
  • Monitor budgets and costs to ensure profitability while meeting client expectations.
  • Coordinate with other departments including Sales, Operations, and Accounting to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by the MICE Expert.

Qualifications

  • Legally eligible to work in Thailand
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in handling MICE groups
  • Knowledge of one of these languages (Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, or French) is a big PLUS.
  • Good written and spoken English and Thai.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
  • Thorough understanding of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work under pressure with high flexibility.
