Super Manager for a Beauty and Healthcare Chain OCB Outcall Beauty (Prime Thai Group)

Location: Central Bangkok | Start: ASAP

OCB Outcall Beauty, a project of Prime Thai, is an evolving chain of beauty, hair & massage studios in the heart of Bangkok.

We are expanding — and we're looking for a Super Manager who combines strategic thinking, operational discipline, and creative vision.

Your Role

As our Super Manager, you are the driving force behind OCB's growth and brand consistency.

You will lead the expansion, shape new concepts, and empower the local branch managers to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and open new branches: from scouting and renovations to furniture, equipment, and staffing.
  • Shop Design & Brand Experience: work with interior designers, suppliers, and contractors to create inspiring, functional, and brand-aligned spaces that reflect OCB's lifestyle identity (e.g., combining a hair studio with a health café).
  • Creative Concepting: bring in your own ideas for new service combinations and location concepts that attract our urban, design-conscious clientele.
  • Supervision & Monitoring: introduce, guide, and support local managers; monitor performance and ensure smooth operations.
  • Reporting: collect financial, operational, and marketing data and provide structured reports to the directors.
Your Profile
  • Fluent in English, Thai mother tongue or at least business fluent
  • Very good in Excel and reporting tools
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Independent, proactive problem solver
  • A sense for aesthetics, design, and business logic
