Job Summary

The Project Coordinator provides support to the Project Manager in planning, organizing, and overseeing real estate development projects. This includes coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations, accurate documentation, and timely project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Coordination

  2. Assist the Project Manager in daily project activities and progress monitoring.

  3. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure timely work completion.

  4. Support in preparing project timelines, work schedules, and task assignments.

  5. Follow up on project issues, delays, or obstacles and escalate when necessary.

  6. Documentation Management

  7. Maintain and organize project documents, including drawings, contracts, permits, specifications, and reports.

  8. Prepare meeting minutes, progress reports, and presentations.

  9. Ensure all documentation meets company policies and regulatory requirements.

  10. Communication & Stakeholder Support

  11. Liaise between internal teams (engineering, QS, procurement, sales) and external stakeholders.

  12. Coordinate meetings, site inspections, and project reviews.

  13. Handle communication between project parties to ensure accurate and timely updates.

  14. Quality & Progress Monitoring

  15. Assist in monitoring construction progress on-site as needed.

  16. Support quality checks, defect inspections, and report issues to the Project Manager.

  17. Update project trackers and ensure project milestones are properly recorded.

  18. Administrative Assistance

  19. Prepare letters, reports, purchase requests, and supporting documents.

  20. Assist in budget control tasks by collecting quotations, verifying invoices, and coordinating with finance.

  21. Support procurement approvals and material submission processes.

Qualifications:

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, construction, or real estate development preferred.

  • Fresh graduates with strong organizational skills may be considered.

Skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Good communication and coordination skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Basic understanding of construction and project management processes.

  • Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.

  • Knowledge of AutoCAD or project management software is a plus.
