Job Purpose:-

  • Monitor and coordinate branch renovation and repair work.

Key Accountabilties:-

  • Coordinate with product and service vendors to obtain details on quotations and delivery terms.
  • Compare prices, delivery lead times, credit terms, and other conditions to evaluate and select suitable suppliers.
  • Prepare purchase orders (PO) and maintain the Approved Vendor List (AVL) for new suppliers.
  • Collect and organize accounting documents to ensure accurate billing.

Qualifications:-

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of end-to-end procurement experience.
  • Experience in procurement within Retail or Construction industries.
  • Proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong negotiation skills with suppliers.
  • Energetic, hardworking, honest, service-minded, and highly detail-oriented.
