The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing the HR department's day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies, and supporting organizational growth through talent management, recruitment, and employee development. This position plays a key role in building a positive and productive workplace culture while aligning HR strategies with the company's overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Recruitment & Staffing:

  2. Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding.

  3. Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs and ensure effective recruitment strategies.
  4. Conduct interviews and assist in the selection process.
  5. Employee Relations:

  6. Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and disputes.

  7. Promote a positive organizational culture by facilitating communication between employees and management.
  8. Implement employee engagement initiatives and programs.
  9. Training & Development:

  10. Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.

  11. Organize orientation sessions for new employees.
  12. Support leadership development programs to help employees grow within the company.
  13. Performance Management:

  14. Oversee performance appraisals and feedback processes.

  15. Implement strategies for continuous improvement in individual and team performance.
  16. Monitor and address issues related to employee performance, discipline, and behavior.
  17. Compensation & Benefits:

  18. Manage compensation structures and benefits programs.

  19. Ensure competitiveness of compensation packages and oversee payroll management.
  20. Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable labor laws regarding compensation.
  21. Compliance & Policy Management:

  22. Ensure adherence to all relevant labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.

  23. Keep abreast of changes in labor laws and regulations and implement necessary adjustments to company policies.
  24. Prepare and maintain HR reports for audits and compliance checks.
  25. Strategic HR Planning:

  26. Work with senior leadership to develop HR strategies that support the company's goals and objectives.

  27. Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  28. Develop and implement strategies for employee retention, engagement, and overall job satisfaction.
