Key Responsibilities:

1. Site Supervision & Control

  • Supervise and monitor construction activities related to civil and architectural works.

  • Oversee steel structure installation, ensuring alignment with design and safety standards.

  • Coordinate daily site activities with subcontractors and internal teams.

  • Ensure compliance with construction drawings, specifications, and project schedule.

2. Quality Assurance & Quality Control (Q/A, Q/C)

  • Conduct inspection and quality checks for civil, architectural, and steel structure works.

  • Ensure materials and workmanship meet required standards and specifications.

  • Record non-conformance issues and follow up on corrective actions.

  • Prepare quality-related documentation for submission to client/consultant.

3. Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare daily and weekly progress reports including manpower, equipment, and site activities.

  • Update site records, material usage, and inspection reports.

  • Support Project Manager in preparing client progress reports and presentations.

4. Coordination & Communication

  • Liaise with Project Manager, consultants, subcontractors, and other engineering teams.

  • Attend coordination meetings and present updates on site activities.

  • Ensure clear communication of project requirements to subcontractors.

5. Safety & Compliance

  • Monitor and enforce site safety regulations and company EHS policies.

  • Conduct toolbox talks and support safety inspections.

  • Report unsafe conditions and incidents to the Safety Officer.

6. General Responsibilities

  • Assist in project scheduling and resource planning for civil works.

  • Support material requisition, delivery follow-up, and inventory management.

  • Contribute to overall site problem-solving and provide engineering solutions.

  • Support project handover by preparing as-built drawings and documentation.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

  • Minimum 3–5 years of site engineering experience, preferably in Data Center, industrial, or mission-critical projects.

  • Strong knowledge of civil, architectural, and steel structure construction.

  • Experience in Q/A, Q/C processes and reporting.

  • Good understanding of construction standards, codes, and safety requirements.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools.

  • Good communication in English (written & spoken).
  • Thai Nationality only.
