S14 is a Thailand-based financial advisory firm providing services across IPO preparation, securities offering, valuation, M&A, and Independent Financial Advisor (IFA) mandates. We work closely with clients, auditors, lawyers, and regulators, with a strong emphasis on quality, integrity, and execution discipline.

Role Summary

As a Vice President / Team Lead, you will lead client engagements end-to-end, manage and coach team members, drive workstreams such as due diligence, valuation and financial analysis, and serve as a primary point of contact for senior stakeholders. You might also help build a more tech-enabled way of working by applying AI tools responsibly to improve speed, consistency, and quality.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead engagement teams and manage execution, timelines, and client deliverables across IPO/FA mandates.

· Own the client relationship as day-to-day lead: run meetings, coordinate advisors (audit/legal/other), and keep stakeholders aligned.

· Lead due diligence planning and execution (business, financial, legal coordination), including issue tracking and follow-ups.

· Oversee preparation and review of key documents (presentations, analysis, working papers, regulator-facing materials) with strong attention to detail.

· Review and challenge valuation work, financial models, and key assumptions; ensure analysis is defensible and consistent.

· Present analyses to client senior management, internal review committees, and relevant counterparties/advisors.

· Coach and develop junior team members (work planning, technical review, feedback, and on-the-job training).

· Drive continuous improvement: templates, checklists, knowledge management, and quality control to raise execution standards.

· Apply AI/automation tools in a controlled way to improve productivity (research, drafting, analysis, document management) while maintaining confidentiality and compliance.

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.

· years of relevant experiences in investment banking / corporate finance / financial advisory (more is welcome for Team Lead level).

· Solid understanding of SEC and SET/mai regulations, IPO process, due diligence, valuation, and transaction documentation.

· Proven experiences leading teams and delivering client engagements with strong project management skills.

· Strong communication and presentation skills; able to work with senior executives and external advisors.

· High integrity, ownership mindset, and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.

· Business competent in written and spoken English (Thai is required for client work in Thailand).

Preferred / Advantage

· Direct experiences on IPO mandates (filing preparation, regulator interactions, due diligence coordination).

· FA (Financial Advisor) license (or ability to obtain within an agreed timeline).

· CFA (passed/charterholder) or strong track record in valuation and financial modeling.

· CPA

· Experiences in mid-market / founder-led businesses, group restructuring, and complex shareholder structures.

· Comfortable working with data rooms, audit evidence requests, and cross-functional stakeholders.

AI & Tech Expectations (What "Good" Looks Like)

· Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; can build clean, auditable models and communicate insights clearly.

· Comfort using AI tools (e.g., LLM assistants) for drafting, summarizing, and structuring work—while applying sound judgment and verification.

· Able to set up simple automation or structured workflows (e.g., checklists, template libraries, version control habits, data-room indexing).
