Key Responsibilities

As a 
Business Technology Consultant
, you will act as a key bridge between business needs and technical solutions. You will lead the analysis, design, and implementation of enterprise-grade IT solutions for corporate clients. This role combines strong system analysis, solution architecture, and client consulting skills to support digital transformation initiatives. You will work alongside directors, architects, developers, and business teams to deliver practical, scalable, and secure IT solutions.

  1. System Analysis & Requirement Gathering

  2. Engage with clients to understand their business processes, challenges, and technology requirements.

  3. Conduct workshops and interviews to gather functional and non-functional requirements.
  4. Document use cases, process flows (e.g., BPMN), system requirements, and functional specifications.

  5. Identify system integration needs, data sources, and business rules.

  6. Solution Design & Architecture Support

  7. Translate business requirements into technical solution concepts and architectural diagrams.

  8. Design application architecture, integration architecture, and data flows in collaboration with solution architects.
  9. Support the selection of platforms, tools, and technology stacks based on client context.

  10. Ensure that solutions align with scalability, performance, and security standards.

  11. Client Consulting & Delivery Engagement

  12. Provide business and technology advisory to clients on digital transformation, system upgrades, or modernization.

  13. Participate in the preparation of proposals, solution presentations, and implementation planning.
  14. Act as the main liaison between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.

  15. Ensure client expectations are managed and solutions meet both business and technical goals.

  16. Project Coordination & Collaboration

  17. Work closely with project managers, developers, QA, DevOps, and data teams during the implementation phase.

  18. Support testing and validation of systems against requirements.
  19. Monitor project progress and flag potential risks in solution design or implementation.
  20. Contribute to internal knowledge base and best practices documentation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 1–8 years of experience in IT consulting, business analysis, system design, or enterprise solution delivery.
  • Proven experience in requirements engineering, system analysis, and producing solution design documentation.
  • Strong understanding of API design, data modeling, integration patterns, and cloud fundamentals.
  • Experience with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, Core Systems, Workflow, DMS, etc.)
  • Proficiency in tools such as , Visio, BPMN tools, Postman, Swagger, Confluence, JIRA.
  • Knowledge of cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP) and modern architecture styles (microservices, serverless) is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bilingual in Thai and English is preferred.
