We are looking for an enthusiastic Brand Manager (F&B Business)to help us in our overall marketing efforts  This role will manage integrated marketing 360◦ with brand strategy and brand awareness also driven sales number to support business expansion and drive growth of the business

Roles & Key Accountabilities:

1.Brand Strategy & Positioning

·       Develop and implement annual brand plans aligned with business goals and Tealive's regional brand direction.

·       Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

·       Adapt global branding strategies to fit the Thai market while maintaining brand consistency.

2. Marketing & Communications

·       Lead 360° marketing campaigns (digital, PR, OOH, in-store, influencer KOLs) to build brand awareness and engagement.

·       Manage creative and media agencies to deliver effective, localized campaigns.

·       Initiate with creativity sides for all in-store POSM and digital menu screen.

·       Oversee content creation for social media, promotional materials, and brand storytelling.

·       Coordinate with landlord in part of local store marketing support.

3. Product & Innovation Management

·       Collaborate with R&D and Operations teams to launch new beverages, limited editions, and seasonal promotions.

·       Analyze product performance and consumer feedback to guide menu and pricing decisions.

4. Partnerships & Events

·       Identify and execute brand collaborations, sponsorships, and community initiatives to strengthen brand visibility.

·       Manage key partnerships with malls, delivery platforms, and retail partners.

5. Budget & Performance Management

·       Plan and manage marketing budgets effectively to achieve ROI targets.

·       Track KPIs, campaign results, and sales impact, and provide regular performance reports.

6. Team Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration

·       Supervise and mentor marketing coordinators or assistants.

·       Work closely with Operations, Commercial Finance and IT teams to ensure seamless execution of brand initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of marketing or brand management experience (preferably in F&B, FMCG, or retail).
  • Proven record in executing successful marketing campaigns and product launches.
  • Strong understanding of Thai consumer behavior and youth lifestyle trends.
  • Hands-on marketer — proactive, practical, and willing to get involved in both strategic planning and day-to-day execution.
  • Able to manage multiple projects and perform under pressure.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Thai and English (spoken and written).

Passion for beverage or lifestyle brands is a plus.
