Core Service & Post-Sales Support (Primary Function)
  • Provide expert consultation and timely technical resolutions for complex customer issues in alignment with defined SLAs.
  • Work closely with Implementation and Operations teams to ensure seamless project handover and continuity of service after solution deployment.
  • Deliver essential technical training and knowledge-transfer sessions to customers post-delivery.
  • Collect, analyze, and report technical issues and customer insights to support ongoing product development and improvement.

Pre-Sales Technical Support

  • Collaborate with the Sales team to define and document customer technical requirements and assess project feasibility.
  • Present engaging and informative technical demonstrations, POCs, and product/solution presentations.
  • Design preliminary technical solutions aligned with customer needs and prepare high-quality documentation for proposals and RFP responses.
Qualifications & Professional Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Computer, Telecommunications) or Information Technology
  • 2–5 years of experience in Service Engineering, Field Engineering, or related technical support roles
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Thai and English
  • Strong customer-service mindset, high responsibility, and ability to work under pressure
  • Passion for continuous learning, new technologies, and professional upskilling
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as required
