Job Description:

  • Prepare, analyze, and negotiate complex business agreements and structured financial transactions in both Thai and English to protect the Company's best interests and mitigate legal risks
  • Provide expert legal counsel and strategic opinions to management and cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with securities regulations and financial transaction laws to support business decisions
  • Develop strategies and represent the Company in litigation, court trials, and arbitration proceedings, managing disputes effectively to achieve beneficial agreements
  • Represent the Company in negotiations on material legal matters with counterparties and business partners, aiming for mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Proactively coordinate with government agencies and regulatory authorities to foster alignment, build understanding, and ensure business operations comply with legal frameworks

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law
  • Minimum of 6-7 years of experience in Legal and Corporate Law (e.g., contract law, tax law, accounting, securities law, bankruptcy, intellectual property rights, and data protection)
  • Possession of a Lawyer License is preferred
  • Experience in Finance and Banking, Securities, or Insurance industry is preferred
  • Strong ability to organize and prioritize work in a dynamic, complex environment to meet deadlines and daily requirements
  • Excellent English communication skills
