About the Role
We are seeking a highly efficient, detail-oriented Data & Research Specialist to
support our real estate operations and research initiatives. This role is ideal for a
tech-savvy individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage and
analyze data effectively, and has basic-to-intermediate knowledge of websites and
applications. The specialist will work closely with a senior manager to optimize data
processes, support research, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
● Manage and optimize data tracking in Google Sheets, ensuring accuracy and
efficiency.
● Support business research, analysis, and reporting initiatives.
● Identify workflow inefficiencies and propose process improvements.
● Use AI tools and prompt engineering to automate repetitive tasks and
enhance insights.
● Assist with basic website or application tasks as needed to support data
workflows.
● Handle administrative tasks to support daily business functions.
Requirements
● Strong experience with Google Sheets, including advanced formulas,
automation, and scripting.
● Proficiency in AI tools and prompt engineering.
● Basic-to-intermediate knowledge of SQL, JavaScript, React, , or CSS is a
plus.
● Tech-savvy with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
● Ability to work independently and take initiative.
● Detail-oriented, a fast learner, and highly organized.
● Experience in real estate, market research, or sales operations is a plus.
● Fluent in both Thai and English.
