About the role – you will:
Role Summary
The Korat Site PExA Lead is responsible for overseeing the site's certification and compliance activities across multiple international standards, including ISO and ANSI. This role ensures effective coordination of internal and external audits, drives continuous improvement, and supports product safety compliance.
• Lead and manage ISO/ANSI registration and compliance for the site, covering: ISO 9001 (Quality Management System), ISO Environmental Management System), ISO Occupational Health and Safety), ISO Business Continuity Management), ISO Energy Management System), and ANSI ESD (Electrostatic Discharge Control)
• Coordinate and facilitate both external and internal audits, ensuring audit readiness and timely resolution of findings
• Act as the primary liaison with the corporate PExA lead, managing onsite audit activities and communications
• Develop and execute the annual internal audit plan, including reporting and follow-up on corrective actions until closure
• Collaborate with functional owners to verify root cause analysis and ensure effective closure of Corrective Action Requests (CARs)
• Lead product safety audits (e.g., UL, TUV, GS) and ensure compliance with relevant safety standards
• Be responsible for communication with executives
About you:
• Good command of Thai and English (Required TOEIC Min 595)
• Prior experience in the Hard Disk Drive (HDD) industry is highly preferred
• Knowledge of ISO clauses and experience conducting internal and/or external audits
• Familiarity with the process approach and PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) methodology
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
Your experience includes:
• Bachelor's or higher degree in the Engineering, Science and/or relevant experience
· A trained or certified ISO Internal Auditor or Lead Assessor is preferred

· A proactive, can-do attitude, with a willingness to take initiative and drive results
· Risk-Based Thinking & Decision-Making
· Knowledge in using Smartsheet or equivalent project management platforms
Location: Korat, Thailand
Our Korat facility is our largest manufacturing site worldwide, with more than 10,000 employees. Here, our team produces cloud-based storage equipment, from individual storage components to finished drives.
