Nice to know

The role is responsible for designing and developing communication material that support all channels. The work involved layout design up until finishing artwork. Material design consists of contest advertising, promotion advertising that come in the physical poster forms or electronic communication. This position will manage own tasks to ensure that all activities related to communication material design and event supports will be completed in timely manner with accuracy.

Your Day at Allianz Ayudhya

1) Communication Material Design (e.g. Artwork Design, Brochure / All social media)

· Develop and execute integrated content strategies aligned with brand objectives and target audiences.

· Deliver impactful content through digital, print, and multimedia channels to maximize engagement and reach.

· Understand the objective of the assigned task and deliver according to the agreed timeline.

· Design and develop communication material for the company and agency channels (e.g. Artwork Design) in timely manner, and in alignment with strategy and objective

· Provide support and assistance to team in developing and designing communication material design/ in-house studio

· Receive feedback from other departments, define the improvement areas and solutions

· Strong sense of visual aesthetics and ability to collaborate effectively with designers, photographers, and video teams

· Define and maintain a consistent tone of voice and massaging framework for all internal and external communications.

2) Event Supports

· Work closely with other departments to understand and get requests/ requirements for event supports

· Manage the priorities of the requests/ requirements received

· Receive feedback from other departments, define the improvement areas and solutions

Must Have

· Degree in any fields

· At least 2 years of experience in Graphic and Multimedia Design, Copywriting & Editing, Digital Marketing, Internal/ Corporate Communication in any business

· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Excellent communicator who bridges creative, marketing, and business objectives seamlessly.

· Self-driven with take responsibility, flexible, mature

· Strong communicators with full of passion in Creative Storytelling, Social Media Content Creation

Nice to Have

· High digital literacy

· Analyze audience behavior and tailoring messages to maximize reach and resonance

· Being able to do artwork and edit quick video for social media i.e. TikTok/ IG/ Facebook

· Welcome people who used to work from media/creative agency or even freelance.

· Any AI-future skills e.g., ChatGPT, or CoPilot365, will be advantage.
