Scope of The Role:
This role is responsible for the procurement of indirect materials and services, including office supplies, equipment, and HR-related services. The position supports internal departments—especially HR—by ensuring timely, cost-effective, and quality purchasing. It also involves vendor management, contract negotiation, and coordination with internal stakeholders to meet operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage procurement of indirect materials and services (e.g., office supplies, uniforms, equipment, facility services).
- Support HR in sourcing and managing vendors for training, welfare, recruitment services, and employee engagement activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand purchasing needs and specifications.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to ensure cost efficiency and service quality.
- Evaluate supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Monitor purchase orders, delivery schedules, and resolve any supply issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.
- Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation for audits and reporting.
- Assist in budgeting and cost control for indirect procurement and HR-related expenses.
- Collaborate with finance and HR teams for invoice verification and payment processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in indirect materials or HR support.
- Good communication skills in Thai and English.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
- Experience with SAP software will be advantage
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
