Your Role:
As a Customer Service Agent, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our Danish-speaking customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Assisting customers with product information, order status, and service issues
- Resolving customer complaints with patience and creativity
- Identify and escalate priority issues.
- Collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction
- Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of our products and services
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in Danish with strong English proficiency
- Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations with grace
- A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
