Your Role:

As a Customer Service Agent, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our Danish-speaking customers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Assisting customers with product information, order status, and service issues
• Resolving customer complaints with patience and creativity
• Identify and escalate priority issues.
• Collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction
• Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of our products and services
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in Danish with strong English proficiency
• Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations with grace
• A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
