Qualifications


• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Hospitality.

• Fluent in English and ideally in a second foreign language.

• International Brand experience.

• Opera Experience.

• 2 years of working experience in the same position.

• Leadership and communication skills aligned with hospitality & 'can do' attitude and mindset.

  • Prior experience in Revenue Management is required for this position.

Duties:

- Analyze hotels' data and present strategies and forecasts that will help the hotel stay ahead of the competition.

- Support the Revenue and Sales Teams by providing information and strategies to maximize sales efforts.

- Cluster Director of Revenue for optimize the hotel revenue.

- Analyze hotel activity data and assist in determining a pricing strategy and sales forecast that maximize hotel inventory and optimize opportunities.

- Identify risk and opportunities to ensure the hotels meet their targets.

- Understand the competition and make recommendations to help the hotel management team respond accordingly.
