Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Assist in gathering, cleaning, and analyzing data from various sources to serve business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain routine and ad-hoc reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Interpret data findings and translate complex information into concise, and actionable insights.

Data Visualization & Dashboard Development (Tableau):

  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server to present data insights effectively with a user-friendly format.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency within Tableau visualizations.

Database Management & SQL Querying:

  • Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and transform data from relational databases.
  • Assist with basic database management tasks (data validation, quality checks, and data integrity)

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Communicate findings and recommendations through presentations and written reports.
  • Collaborate with senior analysts and IT teams to implement data solutions and ensure data availability.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Computer Sciences.
  • Proven proficiency in Tableau (Tableau Desktop and/or Tableau Server)
  • Solid understanding of SQL and experience writing queries for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex datasets and identify actions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP) is required.
  • Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves):
  • Internship or professional experience in a business analyst, data analyst, or similar role.
  • Familiarity with other data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Google Data Studio).
  • Basic understanding of data warehousing concepts.
  • Experience with other programming languages for data analysis (e.g., Python, R)
