Job description:

  • Market Intelligence
    : Assist in conducting market research and analysis to support the development of commercial plans and strategies.
  • Marketing Customer
    : Contribute to understanding customer behavior and defining key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales network.
  • Sales Enablement
    : Support the management team by preparing tools, content, and materials that improve sales team efficiency.
  • Performance Monitoring
    : Help monitor and report on salesman performance and productivity, collaborating with Sales Managers and Location Heads to provide up-to-date data.

Qualification:

  • Education:
    Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    At least 3 years of practical experience in Marketing.
  • Technical Skills:
    Proficient in MS Office and data analysis tools such as Excel and Power
  • BI. Experience with statistical software is a plus.
  • Communication:
    Good command of written and spoken English, with the ability to present findings clearly.
  • Analytical Ability:
    Strong skills in data analysis and the ability to draw meaningful insights to support data-driven decisions.
