Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA preferred.
10+ years in senior finance leadership within international or luxury hospitality environments.
Strong expertise in financial planning, reporting standards (TFRS/IFRS/USALI), and internal controls.
Proven capability in budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow management, and investment analysis.
Solid knowledge of Thai tax laws, regulatory compliance, and audit coordination.
High proficiency in Excel, BI tools, and ERP system implementation.
Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-cultural stakeholder management; English fluency required.
