Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Review and draft contracts and legal documents. Negotiate on contractual terms with counterparties.
  • Research and prepare legal opinions as assigned.
  • Liaise with governmental sectors for application and renewal of permit or license.
  • Monitor and update law and regulation relevant to business operation and propose improvement of business process. Monitor the Company's operations to ensure compliance with law and internal rule.
  • Administer corporate secretarial works including holding of board of directors' and shareholders' meetings, registration for new or change of director with governmental sector etc.
  • Proceed and represent the Company in assigned litigations.
  • Develop knowledge of other colleagues relating laws and internal rule by arranging in-house trainings as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Laws.
  • Direct working experience in the legal field at least 1 to 2 years would be advantageous.
  • Excellent relationship management and communication skills necessary for interaction and negotiating with parties.
  • Patience, commitment, diplomacy, tact, composure and intelligence.
  • Ability to perform under pressure.
  • Computer literate, excellence command іח English, both written & oral.
