About Phuket Plus
Phuket Plus is a leading real estate developer based in Phuket, Thailand, specializing in high-quality residential projects for international buyers. We develop lifestyle-focused properties in prime locations and work with clients from Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
As part of our international expansion, we are looking for Polish Sales Consultants to join our growing sales team in Phuket and represent our projects to Polish and European clients.
Your Role
As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Phuket Plus residential projects to Polish-speaking clients, guiding them through the full sales journey—from first contact to deal closure. You will be based full-time in Phuket, working closely with our internal sales, marketing, and management teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell Phuket Plus real estate projects to Polish and international clients
- Handle inbound and outbound leads (online & offline)
- Conduct property presentations (online and in-person)
- Advise clients on purchasing processes, payment plans, and ownership structures
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with buyers and agents
- Participate in sales events, exhibitions, and roadshows when required
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
Requirements
- Native or fluent Polish speaker (English required; additional languages are a plus)
- Sales experience (real estate, luxury goods, finance, or similar fields preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- International mindset and willingness to relocate to Phuket, Thailand
- Professional, confident, and client-oriented attitude
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
